These French Bistro recipes are easy to prepare, much like the delicious home-style cooking served in most French bistros. In this hands-on cooking class, participants will learn to make the following French favorites: Pissaladière (French onion and olive tart); Ficelles (skinny baguettes); Herbed Boursin (creamy cheese spread); Bifteck Haché (French butter burgers); Pommes Purée (fluffy mashed potatoes); Sablé Bretons (French shortbread cookies) with Mascarpone Crème Chantilly and Caramelized Apples.
