In this hands-on cooking class participants will learn to prepare Japanese recipes – some classic and some more modern! On the menu: Osmoshi (classic Japanese soup); Buttery Soft Japanese Milk Buns; Shiitake Mushroom and Scallion Sushi Rolls; Yakitori (pan-grilled chicken) with Mirin Soy Glaze; White Chocolate and Matcha Cookies.
