Description
Enjoy learning to make these fabulous Sicilian favorites with Chef Joel. Your taste buds will be in heaven (or in Italy!) On the menu: Sicilian Caponata with Fresh Baked Grissini; Chopped Salad with Homemade Sicilian Salad Dressing; Handmade Pasta; Pasta Pomodora (freshly made pasta with a sauce of tomatoes gently cooked with butter and olive oil then tossed with basil and Parmesan); and for dessert, delicious Esse di Raveo (Italian S-shaped cookies).Location
