Animation Lab: Stop Motion VideoSESSION 04 LPMJune 30 - July 3, 20253:30 - 5:00pmSeas and Trees: Art of the LandscapeDiscover your inner filmmaker this summer!
Join our stop motion animation camp and dive into the exciting world of bringing objects to life frame by frame. Perfect for budding directors, artists, and storytellers, this hands-on camp will guide you through the entire stop motion process. Learn the art of storyboarding & character design by developing unique characters and collaborating to create a captivating story with your class. We will have a final screening of your animated masterpiece for friends and family at the end of the week.
This class is one week, runs Monday-Thursday, and lasts 1.5 hours with a snack break outside, weather permitting. Please remember a water bottle, small snack, and wear clothes that can get messy.
Every week is different at Wayne Art Center's Summer Art Camp and class projects will change weekly to correspond with this year's camp theme -- Artists in the Making.
Medical, Emergency and Release Forms: All forms are to be completed through ePACT, a secure online emergency network. Once you complete registration, you will receive an email from ePACT that contains a link to create an account; click on the ePACT link and follow the instructions to complete all medical and emergency forms, which are required to attend camp.
