Regional Greek Cuisinewith Stony Runw/Chef Karen BentzThursday, May 156:00 pm - 8:30 pmIn this hands-on cooking class, you will work together to create a wonderful meal with Chef Karen Bentz.
Menu:
Tiganites Kolokythakia (Zucchini and feta fritters)Kotopoulo Souvlaki with Tzataiki SauceRyzi Pilafi (Rice Pilaf)Melopita Sifnos (Greek "cheesecake" with honey)
