We are thrilled to offer official Mace® Brand non-lethal self defense spray training! Whether you're looking to learn how to protect yourself or want to feel more confident and empowered, our classes have something for you! We teach situational awareness, de-escalation tactics, basic self-defense techniques, and how to use a Mace® Brand product properly if needed. This Women's Only class will be led by our Mace® Certified Instructor, who will demonstrate proper techniques and mindset required to keep yourself safe in today's uncertain world.
