Memorial Glass ArtThe WRC is offering Memorial Glass Art again this fall, a special way to remember beloved members of your family. Commemorate your loved ones and beloved pets with special keepsakes in glass. Students will need to bring a teaspoon of ash from a loved one to class to create four 1"x1" memory keepsakes with colored glass you select. Each touch stone keepsake will have the ashes of your loved one securely nestled between two pieces of fused glass. Items will be handled with care and fired in a glass kiln and ready for pick up on October 30th. Keepsake memory stones may be used as precious jewelry pendants, 'carry me with you pocket charms' or special gifts. No experience is necessary.
