About this event
This class will focus on cooking recipes from other countries. We will discuss a few basic facts about the countries and their cultures, but the bulk of our time will be spent cooking. Students should be able to read and follow a multi-step recipe. They should also be familiar with basic kitchen safety as we will be using knives and cooking with heat. Instructor: Kristen Tarzwell
