Description

This program is great for adults with disabilities or unique needs who are looking to improve balance, coordination, and flexibility, increase strength and heart health, gain confidence, or to promote a healthier lifestyle, in a group exercise setting.

All program withdraw or transfer requests must be received in writing before the 20th of the month prior to the program start date. After the 20th of the month, all credit and transfer requests are at the discretion of the program director.
