Description
Harness the power of kettlebell training to improve your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. This full-body workout, led by our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers, is suitable for all fitness levels and delivers results in a short time.
This class runs monthly and the price reflected shows the overall program amount. When registering you will have the option of going on a monthly payment plan for the remainder of the program and the overall fee will be prorated based on the date you enroll.
