North Dakota may not be known for its wine — yet — but cold-hardy grape varieties are transforming the local wine scene. Join Dr. Greg Cook, NDSU Chemistry Professor and owner of 4e Winery, for a guided tasting featuring wines from his winery. You’ll learn what sets cold-climate wines apart, explore the history and chemistry of the grapes, and gain tips on evaluating wine and pairing it with food. Enjoy tastings alongside a variety of bites, including a cheese board, crackers, homemade hummus, veggies, fire-roasted salsa with chips, fresh-baked bread, and more! Wine will also be available for purchase by the bottle. Come sip, savor, and explore a new side of North Dakota wine.
