Join the West Fargo Park District and Certified Cheese Professional Megan Lewis, Cheesemonger and owner of Milk Made, to explore the vast world of cheese through this hands-on and educational class! During this experience, participants will gain essential cheese knowledge, learn how to pair and build beautiful cheese platters, and even create their own mini platter.
