Description
Join the West Fargo Park District for a morning of fun, fitness, and community at A Walk in the Park & Senior Lifestyle Expo — a special event designed to promote health and wellness for adults 55 and older.Start your day with a refreshing walk: • Check-in begins at 9:30 AM at the Rustad Recreation
Center • Walk kicks off at 10:00 AM • Choose between two scenic routes: • A 2.8-mile unpaved trail through the peaceful Loberg
Nature Trail • A 1.5-mile paved route to Rivers Bend Park
All walks end back at Rustad with light snacks and refreshments waiting.
Then head inside to explore the Senior Lifestyle Expo from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, featuring local businesses and organizations offering valuable resources, services, and information to support a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle after 55.
Bonus: Pre-register by August 18 to receive a commemorative T-shirt (T-shirts not guaranteed for on-site registration).
