Description
Join the Jennersville YMCA on Monday, June 9 for Muscles for a Mission, a weightlifting competition in support of our Annual Campaign.Adults ages 18 and up will compete in four events—bench press, barbell squats, pull-ups, and deadlifts—with set weights and max reps recorded. Divisions will be organized by age and gender.
A minimum $25 donation at the door is required to participate, with 100% of proceeds directly supporting local individuals and families through access to YMCA programs and services.
