Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a 45-minute full-body progressive strength workout. This is a new 12-week progressive training challenge! The focus of hypertrophy is on building muscle. Week 5 targets moderate to heavy weight and aims to hit higher reps. The workout begins with the warm-up, then we prepare and hit three Pyramids and finish with conditioning. You pick your weight selection for all exercises. This class is for all levels!
