Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a 45-minute full-body progressive strength workout. This is a new 12-week progressive training challenge! Week 6 is a full-body pure strength workout. The focus of pure strength is to load up heavy and aim for less reps than you would in a hypertrophy workout. You pick your weight selection for all exercises. This class is for all levels!
