*This is for the 2:30pm-3:30pm ONLY!* Join us for the return of our specialty class part of our Water X Platinum Series, AquaGong Wellness! AquaGong Wellness is a gong sound bath meditation that happens while you're floating in our Recreation Pool. Participants lie on their backs, allowing the buoyancy of the water to support them. Combining the soothing effects of water with the resonant sounds of gongs, deep vibrations wash over the body, promoting relaxation and mindfulness. This unique experience enhances sensory awareness, fosters peace, and helps release stress creating a harmonious connection between mind, body, and spirit.

The sound bath takes place in our Recreation Pool. Ensure you are in proper swim attire and have a towel. Flotation devices/noodles will be provided!
Please note that while this is a class Water X Platinum Series, you must pay the AquaGong Wellness class fee of $25. You may attend one or both sessions. You must pay for each.
