Description

Working with the water to get your heart rate pumping, our AQUA CIRCUIT class is a high intensity, circuit-based cardio class for conditioned individuals! This class will incorporate both deep water movements along with jumping and standing on platforms. *Equipment is provided.
This is a reservation for Water X Platinum Class at the WeHo ARC. This reservation is free, and it holds a space for the water fitness class. Reservations will be cancelled if a participant(s) are more than 10 minutes late for their reserved class time. If you are unable to attend the class your reservation will be cancelled by Aquatics staff; there is no need to contact us with a cancellation request.
