Description

Fast 45 is a 45-minute version of our weekday Water Fitness class. With speed and intervals, come get your heart pumping and start your morning off right.
This is a reservation for Water X Platinum Class at the WeHo ARC. This reservation is free, and it holds a space for the water fitness class. Reservations will be cancelled if a participant(s) are more than 10 minutes late for their reserved class time. If you are unable to attend the class your reservation will be cancelled by Aquatics staff; there is no need to contact us with a cancellation request.
