Relax and release to the sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, along with the soothing ocean drum. These sounds stimulate cells in the body, producing vibrations you can hear as well as feel, helping to release tension while promoting relaxation and harmony. Class will begin with light stretching. Appropriate for all levels. Students are welcome to bring eye covers, pillows and blankets. Yoga mat required.
