In this introduction to fashion design, you will explore the elements of fashion design and learn about the design process. You will experience life as a designer by creating your own “label” for their portfolio and learn embellishment techniques on acrylic and mixed media projects. Gain a sense of what it takes to be a successful fashion designer as you design your fashion illustrations with technical (flat) drawings, learn how to accessorize and take great fashion photos. After you create your fashion script, get ready to walk the runway in your favourite outfits for our Friday Finale! No experience required. This program is a full-day.
