Rediscover balance and vitality at the My Wellness Matters Workshop, a free 3-hour wellness workshop for adults 18 and older. This immersive experience combines physical activity, creativity, and relaxation to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Participants will enjoy cardio exercises, create personalized self-care products, express themselves through canvas art, listen to soothing sound healing music, and connect with the rejuvenating power of nature. Join us to refresh your energy and embrace wellness in all its forms. This workshop does not have a registration fee, but does requires a $35 material fee that is to be paid directly to the program instructor. The fee is due the first day of the workshop. The unpaid fee will result in removal of the workshop. This workshop is led by instructor Nitoriya Goff.
