Low Impact Training This class incorporates multi-joint movements to strengthen the body in a way that translates to daily activity. Joint friendly exercises are performed while moving to increase the heart rate. The use of weights, glides, or resistance equipment may also be incorporated.Class Fees: PCC Members with VIP: FreePCC Facility Members: $8.00Non-Members: $10.00
