Please note parking will be limited around the Pine Community Center due to our Earth Day Event taking place at the Pine Community Park. Class attendees and PCC users will be asked to park at our Turf Field lot.Class alternates high intensity and low intensity moves with longer intense cardiovascular periods with a shorter recovery time. A mix of equipment may be used during intervals to build muscle and maximize caloric burn.
Class Fees: PCC Members with VIP: FreePCC Facility Members: $8.00Non-Members: $10.00
