Adult Class is for ages 16+ and you will learn from our fantastic instructor, Kat, on how to make a new meal/snack each month. She is focusing on nutrition, simplicity and a tasty meal that you can sample and take home to cook for their families. All supplies are included, but we request that you bring a take-home container in case we have leftovers for you.
