Description
Learn all the quilling techniques and shapes needed to create a 3D paper rainbow ornament. Learn to create classic shapes as well as ways to make them fancier and arrange them to create your own rainbow ornament. You will learn how to take thin strips of paper and easily create intricate art. No experience necessary and all tools and materials provided. An additional $5 material fee is due to the instructor. Ages 18+
