About this event
Description
This class will have low-impact aerobics and light weights. It will help you improve your muscle strength and endurance.
Drop-ins are welcome!
Please bring your own water bottle.
Walking to class barefoot is not appropriate footwear. Please ensure you are wearing indoor runners.
Crocs, slippers, flip flops, sandals and winter boots are not proper footwear for gym use.
