This program uses games as well as basic gymnastic moves to encourage coordination, balance and flexibility. Emphasis on fun and fitness.

Program location is River East Preschool Centre - 1410 Rothesay Street (located in the upstairs of River East Arena). Please enter through the parking lot doors.
