This class is a fun way to learn the basics of boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. You will work on getting fit and improving your coordination. You’ll practice important skills like punches, kicks, and footwork. No matter your skill level, by the end of the class, you’ll understand and feel more confident in your training.
No previous experience required.
Drop-ins are welcome!
Please bring your own water bottle.
Walking to class barefoot is not considered appropriate footwear. Be sure to wear indoor runners.
Crocs, slippers, flip-flops, sandals, and winter boots are not suitable footwear for gym use.
