Pack your (imaginary) bags and get ready to explore the flavors of the world! At our Culinary Passport Adventure Camp, young chefs aged 7-16 will travel through China, Italy, and Mexico—using cooking as their guide. Each day chefs will stamp their own culinary passports. Day 1: Begin your culinary adventure with kitchen safety basics, knife skills, and cooking classic Chinese-inspired dishes. Day 2: Head to Italy for a day of pasta-making, dessert crafting, and learning about Italian cuisine. Day 3: Prepare to spice things up with a trip to Mexico! Discover the vibrant flavors of street tacos, homemade tortillas, salsas, and more. Day 4: It’s showtime! Team up for a “Chopped”-inspired competition where campers will show off their creativity and skills using mystery ingredients. Prizes will be awarded!
