Creative Surface Decoration (5 sessions) (Wednesday PM) Adult | Beginner-Intermediate Instructor: Audrey McCutchen Wednesdays, July 30 – August 27 6:00pm – 9:00pm This class will explore surface decoration on pottery of all kinds including but not limited to sgraffito, mishima, low relief carving, and image transfer. Both wheel thrown and hand-built techniques are welcome. Bring project ideas functional or sculptural and we will learn how to turn them into fabulous works of art! Both beginner and intermediate students will be challenged. Your first bag of clay, studio glazes, tools, and 20 hours of studio time per session outside of class are included in the class fee.
