Modern Dance for Adults Over 50 (10 sessions) (Combined Fall Term) Adult | Beginner - Intermediate Instructor: Alicia Hann on behalf of Perennial Movement Group Tuesdays, September 9 – November 11 10:00am – 11:00am This dance class is specifically designed for adults over 50 and taught by Alicia Hann. In this modern class, participants will cultivate strength, coordination, range of motion, flexibility, and creative skills. These dance activities will also challenge the brain by connecting thinking and moving, helping to maintain or enhance cognitive functions such as memory. People of all physical abilities, whether completely new to dance or returning after many years, can experience the physical and cognitive benefits of dance alongside other adults in a supportive community.
