Description
This class focuses on spending time in various poses, as well as performing dynamic movements with the goal of improving mobility and flexibility. A blend of restorative stretches with active and assisted stretching techniques will help increase range of motion, improve movement quality, and reduce injury risk. Restorative Stretch will better your posture and improve blood flow through connective tissue that may be knotted up and causing pain. The perfect way to end your day.Please bring a mat.
