About The Instructor: Jeffrey has various culinary experiences. He minored in Home Economics at Berea College in Kentucky, currently the #1 Liberal Arts College in the USA according to several polls. He also owned the Meadow Muffin Café on Monhegan Island off the coast of Maine for several years. He loves cooking, eating healthy, and enjoys sharing his recipes and experiences. Granite Bay Care is offering this course with Jeffrey Carpenter, the Workforce Development and Training coordinator as the instructor.
