Students will focus on fundamentals of oil painting. Students will learn using a direct alla prima approach to explore concepts of observations, using light, shadow, value and color to create representational oil painting from still-life’s and photographic reference. The emphasis will be on demonstrations and exercises designed to build your painting technique and skill. while exploring art elements through a variety of creative projects! Develop new skills and build your visual vocabulary to help you reach your personal art goals. Materials will be provided.
