Instructor: Peg McKnight - Choose Happy Vibes

Discover Vibrational Sound Meditation, also referred to as "Sound Bath." Simply close your eyes, relax and allow the vibrational sounds of Singing Bowls to take you away. It's like a massage from the inside out; and it feels wonderful! Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and arrive 15 minutes early. Sorry no entry once class begins.
